About Me      Back to Home Page

I graduated from Northern State University in 2002.  I have an Elementary Education Degree with Middle School Endorsements in Natural Science, Math, Social Science, and Language Arts.  I also have minors in Coaching and K-12 PE/Health.

After graduation I moved to Milbank and taught in Summit.  I taught 6th grade in a self contained classroom.  I was the Head Boys Basketball Coach (3yrs), Assistant Volleyball Coach (2yrs) and Assistant Track Coach (1yr).  I taught and coached in Summit for three years.  After that I taught middle school Math and K-8 PE/Health at Enemy Swim Day School.  I was also the Athletic Director and 5th-8th Boys Basketball Coach.  For one year during that time I volunteered in Milbank as an Assistant Football and Boys Basketball Coach (2006-2007).  After two years at Enemy Swim I went to Waubay where I taught middle school Math and 3-12 PE/Health. While there I was the Head Football Coach, Assistant Boys Basketball Coach and Assistant Track Coach.  I was in Waubay for three years.  I currently teach 7th grade Life Science and one 8th grade Earth Science class in Milbank.  I am very excited to be teaching in Milbank.  My extra duties include Assistant Football, Boys Basketball, and Track.

My wife Rondi and I were married in 2005 and have four wonderful children Rylee (2006), Jeter (2008), Max (2009), and Kye (2011).  Rondi graduated from North Dakota State University and is a pharmacist at Liebe Drug.  We love it in Milbank and hope to be here for a long time.
